1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of funds held in a Player's Account, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback amount, or similar incentive offered by 86asik to Players, subject to applicable Bonus Terms.
• "Bonus Terms" means the specific wagering requirements, validity period, and eligible game conditions attached to any individual Bonus offer.
• "Company" means 86asik, the operator of the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by the Company before processing certain transactions.
• "Platform" means the 86asik website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services accessible at https://86asik.cam.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all Platform schedules, draw times, and customer service hours.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 86asik Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are an individual natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. The Company strictly enforces this age requirement and reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only, and not in a professional or commercial capacity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 86asik or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated by 86asik for any breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 86asik services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to keep this information updated throughout the duration of your Account.

The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

• One Account per person. Each individual may hold only one Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information. You must provide your legal name, a valid email address, and a current Indonesian mobile phone number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 86asik will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Report any suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.
• Account ownership. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any balance therein to any third party.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 86asik Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via supported payment methods, which currently include bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and may be updated periodically without prior notice.
• All deposited funds must originate from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 86asik does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposit transactions that cannot be confirmed within 24 hours should be reported to support along with proof of payment.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 86asik Account holder.
• 86asik processes the majority of withdrawal requests within three (3) minutes of approval. Processing times may extend to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances, including during high-volume periods or when KYC verification is pending.
• The Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. See Clause 8 for KYC requirements.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings may only be processed once all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 86asik reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms during the pending period.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

86asik offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific Bonus Terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which will be clearly stated in the applicable Bonus Terms. The standard Wagering Requirement ranges from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Players must satisfy this requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as specified in the applicable Bonus Terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Each promotion is available to eligible Players once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via duplicate Accounts — constitutes abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• 86asik reserves the right to w ithdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Misuse of bonus structures — including but not limited to irregular betting patterns, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet Wagering Requirements, or collusion with other Players — may result in forfeiture of bonus funds, winnings, and permanent Account closure.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the 86asik Platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn by the Player.
• Result finality. All sporting event results and game outcomes are final once officially confirmed by 86asik. The Company's determination of any result is binding and not subject to dispute, unless there is clear and demonstrable evidence of a technical error.
• Odds accuracy. 86asik strives to ensure the accuracy of all odds displayed on the Platform. In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), 86asik reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Maximum payouts. All bets are subject to maximum payout limits as specified in the applicable game or sport rules. These limits apply per bet, per day, or per event as applicable.
• Casino RNG. All casino games, slots, and togel draws use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are provably fair and cannot be manipulated by the Player or the Company.
• Disconnection policy. In the event of a technical disconnection during live casino play, any incomplete betting round will be resolved according to the dealer's actions. Players may review the outcome in their betting history once the connection is restored.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 86asik Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening multiple Accounts or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Colluding with other Players, including bet coordination, chip dumping, or any form of syndicate play.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any third-party tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting (simultaneously backing opposing outcomes across different platforms to guarantee profit).
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or any technical flaw for personal gain.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Abusing Bonus offers through irregular betting patterns or coordinated activity with other Accounts.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 86asik staff or other Players through chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate charges with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for betting (chargeback fraud).

8 KYC & Verification

86asik operates a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance program to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. The Company reserves the right to request verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and current residential address, dated within the last three months).
• Payment method verification (copy of bank card, bank statement, or e-wallet screenshot showing your name and the account used for deposits).
• Source of funds documentation (payslips, business records, or other evidence of the legitimate origin of deposited funds).

Players must submit requested documents within seven (7) calendar days of the request. Failure to comply may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges, betting restrictions, or Account closure. All documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the original document. Edited or tampered documents will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

9 Suspension & Termination

86asik reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The Player breaches any provision of these Terms.
• The Player fails to provide requested KYC documents or provides false or fraudulent documentation.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of illegal conduct.
• The Player becomes subject to bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings.
• The Company is required to do so by law, regulatory authority, or court order.

Upon termination, all pending bets will be voided and refunded, and any remaining balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or security checks. Bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from Account suspension or termination.

Players may self-exclude or close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Closure requests submitted as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion will be processed immediately and are permanent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 86asik and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, or profits.
• Loss of data or Account access.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Any claim arising from the actions of third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.

The Company's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 86asik makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

11 Privacy & Data

86asik is committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected through the Platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding data handling:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of Account registration, KYC compliance, transaction processing, customer support, and regulatory reporting.
• Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
• 86asik will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support, subject to legal retention requirements.

12 Amendments

86asik reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and may notify registered Players via email or Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may close your Account by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 86asik recommends checking this page each time you log in to ensure you remain aware of the current Terms under which you are operating.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 86asik is licensed and regulated internationally.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by the Company. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding against 86asik.
